Subject to work contract Visa
The contracted residence visa is granted to foreign nationals who come to reside in Chile in order to comply with an employment contract.
Tourist Visa
Tourists are defined as those foreigners entering Chile for the purposes of recreation, studies, business, or other similar reasons, without intending to migrate and take up residence or undertake remunerated activities in the country.
Permanent residence
Foreigners who have obtained permanent residence can live indefinitely in Chile and
undertake any type of activity.
